1996: Obtained WI Real Estate Sales Person License
1997 – 2002: Learned the ropes of being a full time REALTOR at Terry Wolfe Realty in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
2001: Obtained WI Brokers License
2002 – 2007: Purchased an existing Real Estate Company in Wisconsin Rapids and became Broker/Owner/Manager of Pagels Real Estate. We were a full time real estate office with a small property management division.
2007 – 2010: Had the opportunity to relocate to the beautiful Northwoods, so after selling the business, I made a big move from central Wisconsin to Hazelhurst with my family. I met Adam Redman, who at the time was at Re/Max First in Minocqua, and worked for him these years as a licensed assistant, a perfect way to become acquainted with the area and real estate market.
2011 – 2016: I became a part of Redman Realty Group since Day 1 in January of 2011. I took on the role of Office Manager from 2011 – 2014 and helped Adam put a fantastic team in place. In 2014 I helped form the rental division and also worked on Pat Van Hefty’s team.
2017 – Current: After spending the past 10 years in just about every role a real estate office could offer, I decided it was time to get back into sales and eagerly traded in my other hats for this role that I love.
My passion is working with buyers and sellers; helping and guiding them thru the home ownership/buying process. My 20+ years of experience is an attribute when there are bumps in the road for buyers or sellers. Having the experience of working thru hundreds of transactions gives me an advantage to find a solution and keep the deal moving forward for all parties. Living up here all these years has given me plenty of knowledge of the area towns and lakes and I can truly say (well, most days) that I love my job!
I am married to Jason (1996) and have 3 children – Jacob (1999), Sam (2000) and Brooke (2002). When I am not working, I enjoy crafts, scrapbooking, camping, fishing and gardening. I love living in the Northwoods where the closest I get to a traffic jam is - waiting for deer to cross the road, watching a bald eagle or looking at the many lakes on my daily drive.

Sam Pagels, REALTOR
Sam has been a part of the Redman Realty Group family since 2015 working in both the field and in the office all throughout his teenage years. After graduating from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua in 2018, he attended UW-Oshkosh, followed by Mid State Technical College in Stevens Point - studying business management. Sam graduated in May 2021. He obtained his real estate sales license in the summer of 2020 and could not have been more excited to hit the ground running straight out of college. Sam’s mom, Janel, has been a Realtor since 1997, so Sam has seen first-hand what it takes to be a successful Realtor. When Sam expressed interest in becoming a Realtor; she knew he would be a perfect fit to help buyers and sellers with his outgoing, attentive and caring personality traits. With that being said; he made the decision to become a Realtor and team up with his mom.
On a hot summer day, you can find Sam boating the Minocqua chain or taking an ATV ride. In the winter he’ll likely be on an area lake ice fishing or snowmobiling. In the fall, he enjoys spending time in the woods hunting with his dad and brother or a with a group of buddies. “Growing up in the beautiful Northwoods has provided me the privilege to enjoy the endless number of area lakes and thousands of acres of public land. Speaking from experience; there is no better place to live. I would love to help you find your perfect place – whether it be for vacation or year-round.”
Patricia Fried, Closing Specialist
Patricia was raised in Minocqua. After graduating from UW-Stout she pursued life in the city, but ultimately felt that there was no better place to live than the Northwoods. She has been working in the administrative side of Real Estate since 2000. Before coming to work for the Redman Realty Group as a Closing Coordinator in 2011, she was the MLS Coordinator for the Northwoods Association of Realtors. Patricia lives with her Significant Other, Todd in a beautiful home tucked away in the woods. Outside the office, some of her interests include golfing, cross-country skiing, motorcycling, and gardening.
Courtney Brown, Advertising/Events Manager
Courtney grew up in Madison, where she received a Business Management Degree. She worked in Property Management when she decided to go to school to get her Real Estate Broker’s License. She moved to the Northwoods in July 2017 and joined the Redman Realty Group team in April 2018 working in the office helping and supporting Agents and owners. Her motto is to work hard and play hard. She loves living here and is enjoying all the Northwoods has to offer. “I miss my family and friends, but this is my home, and I am always happy to return here.”
Julie Wipfli, Minocqua Receptionist
Meet Julie – our wonderful receptionist! She is the friendly face and voice that greets you at the front desk. Her responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.
Outside of the office, Julie loves to be adventurous. She resides in Minocqua with her husband, Kirk, who also works for Redman Realty Group.
Becky Bettin, Marketing Support
Becky has been with Redman Realty Group since 2020 and really enjoys the real estate world. Becky grew up in Northern Wisconsin and now resides in Mercer with her husband Brad and two young children; Benjamin and Bethany. Outside of being our Marketing Support, Becky enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family. She has self-published three children's books, My Snowmobile Adventure, My UTV Adventure, and The Sno-Mo Book.
